This is a photograph from E. A. Brown's collection. It shows Varuna, the Singapore Harbour Board service tug, at the New Year Sea Sports. The annual regatta is held at the Singapore Harbour, off Collyer Quay. The service tug serves as the regatta’s Committee Boat in the 1920s and 1930s. No creation date provided.
