kidsREAD Registration Forms for MOE Collaboration

Here are the kidsREAD forms to sign up for the kidsREAD Programme.

Sign up for your school using the kidsREAD MOE Club Form.

Sign up for the kidsREAD Programme using the kidsREAD Child Registration Form.

Kindly ensure that your child meets the kidsREAD Eligibility criteria:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident
  • 4-8 years old
  • Family’s gross household income not exceeding $7,500 or Per Capita Income not exceeding $1,875
