This 1982 photograph shows Neil Road, from Kampong Bahru Road. It shows a view of a street with rows of two-storey shophouses on the right. The name “Seng Huat” (name also in Chinese characters) is displayed on the signboard in front of the shop. On the left side of the street is another two-storey building of shophouses or terraces houses with sheltered ‘five foot ' pedestrian way at the front. A street post box stands in front of the first house in the row of shophouses. Neil Road is in the Tanjong Pagar area. Title devised by Library staff.
