Kitsch n'Sync is a ladies' singing trio that celebrates the best songs of the 1940s, 50s and 60s girl groups. The group was born from the friendship and musical connection formed between Karen Mason and Kim Foreman-Rhindress when they performed together in Kim's own production, Sentimental Journey: A 1940s Radio Play, in Kelowna, British Columbia in the fall of 2013.As members of "The Jingle Gals", Kim and Karen performed a number of songs from the 1940s. They enjoyed singing together so much that when the show ended after 21 performances they knew they had to create another opportunity to perform this great timeless music. Open auditions were held to find the perfect glam gal soprano to round out the trio, and they were delighted to find Corinne Warkentin, a perfect musical fit who brings years of choral experience and her own love of vintage vocals to the group.
