Cashew Chemists was a rock band from sunny Singapore. The musicians consist of Brian Chia (guitar), Elliot Sng (bass) and Zachary Chia (drums). Cashew Chemists was heavily influenced by a range of blues and pop-rock music of the 50's to the '70s, and sought to enchant with their dreamy songs and jazzy harmonies on top of twiddling surf guitar and classic bluesy bass. In 2017, Cashew Chemists officially disbanded and members are now pursuing other individual music-related projects.
