Programme Synopsis

Mindful parenting allows an effective way of enhancing parent child bonding. It nurtures a positive mindset and attitude for relationships that occur within the family. Mindfulness practices help both parents and children to feel more centred and be aware of their emotions, behaviour and thoughts. Studies also show reduced anxiety, stress, depression and anger in children. Other benefits include fostering positive emotions like compassion, humour, ability to relate and anger management.
