About the Programme
Nutrition is an important key to achieving good health – making informed food choices helps in preventing and managing chronic diseases. You can continue to enjoy your favourite food while keeping your health in check.
Hear from Ms Miko Yeo, a dietitian with Changi General Hospital, as she shares healthy eating principles when dining out or at home to maintain and achieve a healthy blood pressure level.

About the Speaker
Miko Yeo is a dietitian with Changi General Hospital, where she provides dietary counselling for patients with chronic diseases, nutrition support for malnourished patients, and weight management advice. She graduated from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, with a Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) and is a member of the Singapore Nutrition Dietetics Association (SNDA). Miko is passionate about food and nutrition and helping people build healthy relationships with food for better personal well-being.
