1980s. There was a huge bustling hawker along Havelock Road. Many hawkers whipped up their special dish & set up stalls in the evening. Among all, there was a famous Zi Char stall, satay bee hoon & egg omelette. The hawker was demolished after not long... those who stay around there will have fond memories of this place : ).
