I remember the days when I stayed in a kampong. Then, there were no HDB flats. I would always be woken up by the rooster that was kept by my father. The old library I went to at Ang Mo Kio had lots of books. It took me about 30 minutes to reach there by foot. Although I had to take such a long time to reach there, I went there almost every day to study.
