I enjoyed my 1st tortoise soup at the place when the street called "Malay Street "in Bugis. Though it was called "Malay Street", the place is totally Chinese where there were a lot of street hawkers plying along that street. Among the delicious food stalls, there was this stall selling tortoise soup. The meat was kept in a big basin & boiled with many Chinese herbs for very long time. It was most delicious to eat!
