Year 2005. As a child (when I was around 10 yrs old). At my previous apartment at Yishun Blk 820, on the 12th floor, I recall hearing the lighting alert sounding a deep hum and what usually followed was the heaviest storm, I've see. The rain was so heavy you couldn't see beyond the next block.
