When I was young, my mum would bring me to there to eat our favourite Nasi Padang, Sadar Menanti. The vendors of the basketware is still there. Many vendors still survive to this day. There were nice clothes to buy and beautiful textiles as well. I feel Kampong Glam has evolved into a delightful, restful place with a mix of ld charm and chic new.
