1980s. I recalled how when I was still a pre-schooler, I was always excited about my weekly trips to the library. While I didn't really enjoy reading there much then, I loved the amazing collection of comics there they had. The library then also was always packed with long queues unfortunately, but I am happy to say that this has now changed. The library today while still an exciting place for many is also much more efficient.
