My mum's Ang Chow Chicken. It is my Hock Chew traditional dish. She will cook it every Chinese New Year and on Birthdays. The ingredient 'Ang Chow', she actually make on her own with glutinous rice, etc. And Ang Chow wine is usually cooked during the confinement. When the rice wine is fermented.
