1999 - 2000. Those days, SISPEC was moving from Pasir Laba Camp to the newly built premises in P.Tekong. I was one of the 3 specialists preparing the final touch-up before the troops move in on Monday. I decided to take a shower before moving out and the other 2 guys can't be bothered to - they can't wait to get out. While showering, I heard someone using the shower, urinal and basin but when I came out of my shower, not a trace of water can be seen! Spooky!
