1980s. I used to remember how difficult life was without any lift to each level. Every 3 or 4 then there will be another lift but then again it doesn't stop at our floor. Instead we either have to climb up or climb down to the staircase. These had made life harder for older people (elderly), young children, people who carrying heavy things or people who just came back from their marketing. They got no choices but to climb up one staircase just to get into the lift. Overall;; it's very inconvenience but nowadays, the government has built a lift on every level and has make things so much easier for everyone.
