My parents and my siblings used to go to the National Library once a month. We used to take a bus and I still remember that we had to walk up a slope and climb the brick-like stairs to enter the library. My brothers and I always played on the stairs climbing up and down. Sometimes we would eat the Indian Rojak sold outside the library. They had a few shops selling foodstuff and drinks. At other times, we used to walk across the road to the YMCA building. There was a McDonalds on the ground floor and we used to eat our favourite burger and applied pie. Our trip to the library was always fun!
