My favourite memory of Chinese New Year is having reunion dinner. When I was younger, my family used to gather on the eve of Chinese New Year for reunion dinner. I enjoyed talking with my cousins and relatives from all walks of like as well as cracking jokes. This bonded us as a family and is a distinct Chinese culture that I miss after coming to Singapore for my studies.
