The old NLB was a pretty & classic building with a quiet environment. Located at the centre of the CBD where people easily recognised it & still remember it. (Memory collected at the Central Public Library during "The Singapore Story: My Heart, My Hope, My Home" campaign from 6 Sep to 31 Dec 2012)
