1970s. In River Valley, opposite 'Liang Court', stood standing feature was the Van Kleef Aquarium. It was big but nowhere near Sea World Sentosa. But that was in 1970s. It was an icon that shouldn't be torn down. We certainly missed having an iconic building in Singapore.
