Hong Lim Park has transformed dramatically in recent years. Just 20 years ago, as a child, I can rememebr the medicine halls, the wet market, the shophouses. Some of them remain today, upgraded much. The hawkers at Hong Lim food centre still remember me from 20 years ago. I remember those times too. (Collected from HDB for SG Heart Map, an SG50 signature programme)
