1988 - 1990. I remember walking to Serangoon Gardens with a group of friends when I was in primary school to Serangoon Gardens from Ang Mo Kio. It was a long walk but we had fun. One of the highlights was eating at the BK there. One of my most distinctive memory was of the root beer that tasted like the root bear sweet!
