I come to esplanade almost fortnightly for the numerous concerts that take place in this beautiful durian-inspried piece of architecture. Despite the fact that I have entered the theatre, concert hall and studios countless times, I still feel a sense of awe and patriotism at the beauty of this place. My phone is filled with thousands of photos of the interior and exterior of the esplanade, and not to forget the amazing views as I walk along the river, feeling the cool river breeze on my face, admiring the flocks of colourful light that adorn the sparkly, inciting waters of the SG river. Esplanade is a place of many memories. Since its inception, I have spent my childhood in the library and halls, building unforgettable memories.
