It's been 35 years I left the school but at least I am glad that I had attended the TBSS jubilee event last year - Back to School Jubilee SG50 organised by TBSS committee members. My former honour school (now Tiong Bahru Examination Centre) where the late Lee Kuan Yew planted his Angsana tree in 1976 during the "Use Your Hands" campaign. The school took part many school excursions and sport events since 1968, the first school to conquered Mt Kinabalu,Sabah dated back in 1968.
