My friends brother was in NS, on guard duty. About 2 am, he saw a security cam, the lens was taped. One of the other man took out the tape. After a while, they saw a white figure moving. They shoot their gun but nothing happened. When they got to their room, they heard chatting noises at the other room, when my friend brother went to check, no one was there.
