I was brought up in the place Rochore Road area. My family and I lived above the provision shop owned by my grandfather. The toilet was the bucket system. The night shift man would turn up every morning to remove the bucket and replaced with an empty one. It was the greatest thing when my family moved to a 4-room flat and there it was a " modern" flush-water system! Date of Memory: 2012
