1970+. I will pass by this park every time I visit my grandparents. There is a pond with swan, fishes, ducks which we like to feed and watched. We also enjoyed balancing ourselves on the "S" letter concrete built on the ground. We challenge with each other to see who will fall off. There are swings as well. During those days though the stuffs on the playground/garden are simple and not ample, it's still a luxury for our fun time.
