I visited MGS Old School during my ROCs (Reality Outside Classrooms) 1 learning journey and it was a truly nostalgic and unforgettable experience. I felt very privileged to have this chance to visit MGS Old School before it is demolished as future generations of MG girls will not be able to see this great building and learn about MGS in the past. I was able to walk down the 100 steps and imagined my mother as a young girl walking down those very steps during her days in MGS. I also learned where the different classrooms were and listened to the memories recounted by my teacher, an old MG girl herself. It was an experience I will never forget and will treasure dearly. As a line of our school song goes: "Down through the years, our memories will keep a loving place", I hope that this memory of MGS Old School will be held dearly in the hearts of all MGS girls, past and present, and that it will be passed down to the future generations of MGS girls so that the MG Spirit will be kept alive in many years to come.
