What can we learn from cookbooks? Are they just for cooking? Librarian Toffa Abdul Wahed explores all things cookbooks with guest speakers Christopher Tan and Tanya Pillay-Nair. Christopher and Tanya will share about the cookbooks they refer to in their episodes of “From Book to Cook”, a video series by the National Library. Toffa will also showcase cookbooks and other resources available at the National Library relevant to food research. This event is a special tie-in with the launch of the second season of “From Book to Cook”.
