Abstract: 本书对过去60年来我国资源环境利用、产业发展、社会建设的时空演变格局及其驱动力进行了深入分析. 本书认为, 地理环境与自然资源赋存对中国发展格局的形成具有框架性制约作用, 省际空间的经济社会功能非均衡性显著提升, 生态环境的风险不断加大; 当前, 中国发展的格局正在由"逆自然区位优势"向"顺自然区位优势"转变, 绿色化与实质均衡化成为中国发展格局演进的方向.
