Information About

How would you tell a story about Singapore’s history? Government records might not be the first place you’d look. However, these official records not only trace the decisions and activities of Singapore’s public service, but also allow us to tell – and factcheck – stories. Held at the National Archives of Singapore (NAS), government records are critical in providing insights into the thinking and policies that have shaped our nation. If you’ve ever wondered how government records are managed and preserved, join archivists Kit Geok and Andre as they shed light on the work of NAS’ Records Management department and the many intricacies involved in the process to ensure that we can continue to tell stories with these records.
