Abstract
In urban New Orleans, wealthy thrill-seekers pay large sums of money to stalk human prey. Fouchon is the entrepreneur who arranges the "safaris" in which the prey are homeless combat veterans. Chance Boudreaux is an out-of-work merchant sailor and martial arts expert, who is hired by Natasha Binder, a young woman searching for her father, the latest victim.
