Abstract
The Who's classic rock opera Quadrophenia was the basis for this invigorating, coming-of-age movie and depiction of the defiant, drug-fueled mod subculture of London, 1965. Like many other youths, Jimmy hates the philistine life, especially his parents and his job in a company's mailing division.
