Abstract
This report contains recommendations in relation to the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, Chapter 33, 1985 Revised Edition of the Singapore Statutes (COGSA). Recommendations include repeal of section 3(1) of COGSA and replication of section 1(7) of the U.K. 1971 Act in COGSA. Includes a draft Bill.
