This is a head and shoulders portrait of Mr. Goh Ewe Kheng, founder member and Chairman of Board of Tung Ling Bible School (1984-to date). He was Superintendent of Tung Ling Kindergarten (1978); Council Member (since 1961), Vice-President (1994) and later Chairman of Scripture Union Singapore (1998-2000); Managing Director of Tithes Dental and Photo Supply; and one of the founders and Elder of Church of Singapore (one of the Pentecostal Christians group in Singapore) in 1963.
