I came here with a colleague after work, to wind down and enjoy some good conversation over food. It's an ala carte buffet, where you order the ingredients you want from an order chit, and the staff bring the prepared items to you. There is also a condiment and drinks station, which is self-service. At the end of it, you get a cup of ice cream as a palate cleanser, and if you're lucky, an apron inspired by the Yunnan native tribes and bearing the name of the restaurant.
