Another of my frequent haunts when I crave for spicy noodles. The Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles, branch at Century Square located at Tampines. This time, I made a special trip down to have dinner by myself. I always go for the classic dish, the signature beef noodles with only pickled vegetables and chilli for seasoning with the soup stock. This shop offers six choices of hand pulled noodles, interesting as we seldom have such a variety of noodles to choose from other similar eateries. -- Contributed by My Lee, as part of the "Singapore Makan" Contemporary Collecting initiative.
