This is a close-up of Mr. Leong Horn Kee (梁汉基), Member of Parliament for Thomson (Dec 1984-Dec 1996) and Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representative Constituency (Jan 1997-Apr 2006). He was a civil servant before joining the private sector in 1983 to hold senior positions in Orchard Parade Holdings, Yeo Hiap Seng Limited and Far East Organisation. He also served as Chairman of Service Quality Institute (1986-1992); and Member of Board of Directors of NTUC FairPrice (1988-1991).
