This is a photograph of damaged, white wooden and medium-density fibreboard (MDF) plinths in various dimensions that have been recycled from walls that were destroyed by Mike Nelson for a previous work titled, To the Memory of HP Lovecraft. The" field of ruined and scarred plinths allow the visitor to bear witness to the presence of a malign intelligence or a nameless anger." This art installation was featured at the Singapore Biennale 2011 (Old Kallang Airport). Title given by artist.
