Panoramic view of chalets, pavilions and connecting wooden bridges on the lakes of Golden Palace Holiday Resort at 57G Jalan Ang Siang Kong, off Tampines Road. On the far centre background is Golden Palace Restaurant which serves Chinese and European cuisine. The 20-acres resort offers ideal retreats for fishing, boating and picnics. The resort was closed down in 1971 and later bought over by the Government in 1973 for fish-breeding activities. Title devised by Library staff.
