This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Chua Peng Chye, Planning Co-ordinator, State and City Planning in 1970. He was Acting Chief Planner of Planning Department at Ministry of National Development (1966-1976); Vice-President of Singapore Institute of Planners (1975); and Deputy Chairman of Singapore Professional Centre (1972).
