This is a view of the 18-storey Regional English Language Centre at 30, Orange Grove Road. SEAMEO RELC was established in 1968 to help improve the teaching and learning of English as a second or foreign language in Singapore and SEAMEO countries. It was previously located at 130, Watten Estate Road. The RELC Building was officially declared open by Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew on 18 September 1972. Title devised by Library staff.
