This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. John Koh Nam Sang, Deputy Executive Director of Singapore Sports Council from 1989 to 1999. He was teacher at Siglap Secondary School; National Coach for Track and Field (1964-1972) and Rugby (1973-1974); Honorary Secretary (Mar 1992-1999), Chief Operating Officer (Jun 1999-2002), General Secretary (2003-Mar 2007) and later Vice-President of Football Association of Singapore (2007-to date).
