This is the façade of the nine-storey Specialists’ Centre (later renamed "Specialists' Shopping Centre") located at Orchard Road. The building was constructed on the former site of Pavilion Cinema in 1972. It comprised four floors of medical specialist clinics and five floors housing retail outlets including Robinsons, a leading department store, and a branch of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) Limited. In 2007, the shopping centre and the neighbouring Hotel Phoenix were closed and demolished to make way for 313@Somerset shopping centre which was opened in December 2009.
