This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Sia Yong (谢镛), President of Singa-Sino Friendship Association (later Singapore China Friendship Association) (1994-to date). He was Executive Director and General Manager of Sim Lim Finance Limited (1983); Honorary Council Member of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (to date); Member of Chinese High School Management Committee (1975-1990); Chairman of Singapore National Shippers' Council (1976-1983); and President of Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (1979-1981).
