This is a 1982 photograph of a row of three storey terraced building found in Spottiswoode Park Road. Spottiswoode Park Road, which is located near the Tanjong Pagar area. Spottiswoode Parl Road is probably named after one of the partners of Spottiswoode & Co. They were William, Charles and Archibald Spottiswoode. The photograph shows a side view of three shophouses attached to each other. There is a street sign in front of the first unit nearer to the foreground of the photograph. The building is connected to the street by a five foot way. The shophouses feature three row of French windows divided by secondary pilasters to create separate bays with rounded arches.
