This photograph shows the nearly-completed Belle Vue condominium in Oxley Rise. A group of men and women can be seen at the rear of the pool deck. They are probably conducting an inspection of the condominium and the facilities. In the background on the right is the partially visible Oberoi Imperial Hotel. The Belle Vue development comprises 5 4-storey blocks housing 96 units with 11 different interior layouts. The development was completed in the last quarter of 1985.
