This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Miss Koh Sauk Keow, Principal of Bedok South Secondary School at 860, New Upper Changi Road (1992-1996). She was Vice-Principal of Temasek Junior College (1986-1988); Principal of Yio Chu Kang Secondary School (1996-2001); and Vice-President of Teachers' Union (1991).
