The photograph shows firemen from the Singapore Fire Brigade hosing down fire, with the help from a turntable ladder, at the three-storey Gosling Building near the junction of Robinson Road and Boon Tat Street, in January 1955. The dome of the building was destroyed in the fire. Title devised by Library staff.
