This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Reverend Gregory Yong Sooi Ngean (杨瑞元), Roman Catholic Archbishop of Singapore from 1977 to October 2000. He also served in Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (1952-1953, 1961); and Assistant Parish Priest of Church of the Sacred Heart (1956) and Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary; and Bishop of Penang (1968-1977).
